What is the difference between KSH Pro and KSH Basic?

Pro is for buyers who need KSH to find and coordinate suppliers, with KSH providing a commercial product quotation. Basic is for buyers who already have suppliers and need purchasing-management coordination at 5% of qualifying supplier product purchase value, subject to a US$100 minimum per agreed batch.

How is the Basic service fee calculated?

The 5% applies to qualifying supplier product purchase value. Separately listed domestic or international freight, taxes, third-party testing, special packaging, and other separately agreed services are excluded. The minimum is US$100 per agreed purchasing-management batch.

Can I use Pro if I already have a supplier?

Yes. Discuss your project with us. The commercial quotation will identify whether the products are handled under KSH Pro or Basic and show the applicable scope and charges.

Can a project combine Pro and Basic?

Yes. Different products or purchasing scopes can use different models. The same SKU / PO product scope will not be charged under both; mixed-project products, services, and fees are itemized separately.

Are inspection, storage, and logistics included?

Inspection and shipping coordination depend on the agreed project scope. Storage, complex on-site inspection, special logistics, and other additional services are confirmed and quoted separately before work proceeds.
